Title: Business Development Associate - Inside Sales

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships for our custom packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements (box type, quantity, budget, timeline)
- Coordinate with costing and technical teams
- Follow up on quotations and samples
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain CRM updates and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate with production after order confirmation
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business

Who Should Apply
- 1-5 years experience in Inside Sales / BDE / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
- Strong English and Hindi communication
- Organized and proactive
