Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and other channels. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets. Present and explain real estate projects, configurations, pricing, and payment plans. Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert leads into bookings. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
