Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design Development
- Lead concept design, space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualization for assigned projects.
- Translate client briefs into functional, aesthetic, and budget-aligned design solutions.
- Prepare design presentations, walkthroughs, and renders for client approvals.
- Develop schematic, design development, and Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawing sets.

Technical Documentation
- Produce detailed working drawings — layouts, RCP, flooring, elevations, sections, joinery, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Prepare material specifications, finish schedules,



and BOQs in coordination with the estimation team.
- Review shop drawings and vendor submittals; issue technical clarifications to site.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, fire, and structural consultants to resolve design conflicts.
- Liaise with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure design intent is preserved during execution.
- Conduct site visits for design review, snag inspection, and finish approvals.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Present designs to clients, PMCs (Turner, JLL, CBRE, Zyeta, Colliers, etc.), and consultants.
- Manage design revisions, change requests, and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Support the BD team with pitch decks, design proposals, and concept presentations for recent opportunities.

Team & Quality
- Mentor junior designers and design interns; review their drawings and renders.
- Maintain design standards, drawing protocols, and quality benchmarks
