Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers with order status, tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounts to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the concerned teams.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support day-to-day customer service and operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations and tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer complaints.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
