Role Description

Shree Balaji Engicons Limited is seeking a Tyre Section Incharge for an on-site, full-time role located in Jharsuguda. The Tyre Section Incharge will oversee and manage the tyre resoling process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, managing a team of technicians, performing inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards, maintaining stock,



and coordinating with other departments for smooth workflow.

Qualifications
- Experience in tyre resoling, including knowledge of resoling processes and materials.
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide technicians effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards in an industrial or workshop workplace.
- Inventory management skills to monitor and manage tyre resoling materials and supplies.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for efficient operations and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work in an on-site role and adapt to operational needs.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the construction or industrial sector is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
