Site Supervision: Direct daily construction activities, allocate tasks to workers, and monitor productivity to ensure deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Conduct quality control tests, inspect materials (concrete, steel, soil), and ensure the structure aligns with engineering plans.
- Technical Compliance: Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications, providing troubleshooting and advice on the field.
- Contractor Coordination: Work alongside subcontractors and vendors to optimize resource deployment and verify billing against actual site measurements.
- Health & Safety Management: Enforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or local safety standards, conducting hazard assessments to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs),



track material inventory, and report construction bottlenecks to project managers.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: Usually ranges from 2 to 10+ years depending on the scale of the project.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying instruments (Total Station), and reading complex structural drawings.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, crisis management, and the ability to negotiate with vendors

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
