Handle customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, and implement corrective actions
- Handle supplier quality assurance, instrument calibration, and troubleshoot quality issues
- Conduct analysis checks on product specifications, review QA reports, and ensure closure of non-conformances
- Facilitate planning and development of quality control systems
- Identify root cause of quality problems and coordinate modifications
- Awareness of measuring instruments and handle COPQ, rejection control, and customer complaint resolution
- Conduct audits (IATF, ISO 9001, supplier audits) and prepare PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, RCA, and APQP documents
- Prepare work instructions, handling final & online inspection, development component inspection,



and stage-wise inspection reports

Qualification & Skills:
- BE Mechanical with 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing (rubber industry preferred)
- Proven experience in senior quality control and assurance
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
