Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident PR Telecaller who will manage daily client service calls, satisfaction checks across our national clients. This is NOT a sales role.



It focuses on ensuring our existing clients receive smooth, high-quality service
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 calls daily to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct PR and follow-up calls regarding campaign updates, service confirmations, and client requirements.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other business documents.
- Maintain lead trackers, follow-up records, MIS reports, and client databases.
- Ensure all client interactions and updates are properly documented.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in Telecalling, PR, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent Hindi & Gujarati communication skills (Basic Engl
