Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls, tables, chairs, and dining arrangements before events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to service standards.
- Welcome guests and assist them with their requirements during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the banquet area.
- Explicit and reset tables during and after functions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and banquet team for timely food service.
- Ensure proper placement of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service items.
- Handle guest requests professionally and courteously.
- Assist with banquet events, weddings, conferences, and other functions.
- Follow hotel standards for grooming, hygiene, and guest service.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and post-event cleaning duties.

Requirements:




- 1-3 years of experience in banquet service or hospitality preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
