About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives for SOMARA and Goldstone Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, leads and conversions.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization and reporting.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research and improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for Reels, videos, graphics, campaigns and promotional content.
- Monitor digital trends, competitors and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions and ROI.




- Manage website/landing-page content and coordinate improvements for conversion.
- Work with influencers, content creators and external digital agencies when required.
- Implement remarketing, audience segmentation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to support revenue growth.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4 and social media marketing.
- Experience with hospitality, restaurants, luxury, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands will be an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of content, customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
