This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary (CS) Management Trainee based in Surat. As a CS Management Trainee, you will assist with company secretarial tasks, compliance management, regulatory filings, drafting reports, and corporate governance duties.

Day-to-day responsibilities will also include liaising with regulatory bodies, maintaining statutory registers, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in the corporate secretarial domain during this 21-month training program.

Tasks:
Understanding of corporate governance, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance

Excellent organisational and documentation skills

Robust communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination

Proficiency in drafting reports, minutes, and correspondence

Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of MS Office and other professional tools





Enrollment in the ICSI CS Management Training Program is mandatory
