About Elba Living

Elba Living is a premium home furnishing and interior solutions brand offering curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, flooring, furniture, mattresses, and customized interior solutions. We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Retail Sales Manager to lead our Panampilly Nagar showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and premium residential clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and successfully close sales.




- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards.
- Track sales performance, customer enquiries, conversions, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with design, measurement, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Experience in home furnishings, interiors, furniture, or lifestyle products is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
