Role Overview

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION FIELD

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies specifically targeted at competitive-exam aspirants and the education market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for Anjion Learning and its competitive-exam programs.
- Plan campaigns for student acquisition, lead generation, conversions, and admissions.
- Develop marketing strategies around competitive-exam notifications, vacancies, results, trends, and student needs.
- Identify student segments and create targeted campaigns for different exams, qualifications, age groups, and career goals.
- Work closely with the content, academic, design, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
- Develop innovative concepts for webinars, free classes, quizzes, challenges, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI and continuously optimise campaigns.




- Identify emerging trends in the EdTech and competitive-exam preparation market.
- Develop strategies for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
- Study competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
- Build strategies to strengthen Anjion Learning’s brand presence and student community.
- Support the development of compelling marketing communication, offers, campaigns, and student-focused messaging.

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education/EdTech sector.
- Experience in competitive-exam coaching, test preparation, online education, or student-focused businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Indian competitive-examination ecosystem is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,051.95 per month
