Project Supervisor - Store Execution & Fit-Out

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Project Supervisor to support the on-ground setup and launch of new Uni Seoul stores across multiple locations. This role will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for daily site execution, vendor coordination, quality checks, and ensuring store projects are completed as per timelines.

This is a highly travel-intensive role, ideal for someone who enjoys being in office and driving execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end on-site execution of new store fit-out projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for civil, electrical, carpentry, and interior work
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timelines are met
- Conduct quality checks and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager




- Ensure materials, fixtures, and store elements are installed as per plan
- Travel across cities for site visits, supervision, and store launch support
- Assist in final handover of the store to the operations team

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in site execution / project supervision
- Experience in retail, showroom, interior, or fit-out projects preferred
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-site work

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
