Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert prospects into customers
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns and promotions
- Assist clients with documentation, payment processes, and post-sales support
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
