We are seeking a customer-focused Service Executive for our photography studio.
Responsibilities:
- Client management : Understanding their preferences and deliver them accordingly.
- Communicate with editing and post production team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Oversee quality control of product deliveries.
- Manage payments and client records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Need a multi tasking person who can help with other office work as well.
- Familiarity with photography is a plus.
- Versatile with working hours, including weekends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
