Job Title: Solar O&M; Technician

Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

Location: Site-Based (Ground Mounted / Rooftop Solar Projects)
- Lucknow and Delhi

Role Summary

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance

monitoring of solar PV plants to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plant Operation & Monitoring
- Monitor plant performance through SCADA / inverter systems
- Ensure maximum plant availability and generation
- Record daily generation data and site parameters

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per schedule
- Identify faults and carry out corrective maintenance
- Ensure proper functioning of inverters, transformers, panels, and BOS

3. Electrical Troubleshooting




- Diagnose inverter faults, string issues, and electrical failures
- Carry out isolation, repair, and restoration of systems
- Handle HT/LT panels, switchgear, and protection systems

4. Module & String Maintenance
- Identify faulty modules, strings, connectors, and junction boxes
- Carry out replacement and repairs.

Skills & Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Electronics
- 2-5 years of experience in solar O&M;
- Knowledge of inverters, SCADA, HT/LT systems
- Basic understanding of safety practices

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
