Job Summary:
The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for all guests at the café. This role focuses on customer interaction, service coordination, and ensuring guest satisfaction from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest queries
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly
- Coordinate with service and kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Maintain a pleasant front-of-house workplace
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
