Role Overview:
Experienced Sales Trainer with 5+ years of proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs. Adept at enhancing team performance, improving sales techniques, and driving revenue growth through effective coaching and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions to ensure quick ramp-up of new employees.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to improve individual and team performance.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, role-play scenarios, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and learning methodologies.




- Support product training and ensure sales teams have in-depth product knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or sales coaching.

- Proven track record of improving sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with training tools, LMS platforms, and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
