Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions in Spoken English & Digital Empowerment to enhance students’ job readiness.
- Conduct regular student assessments and track learning outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and feedback to support individual student growth.
- Share timely updates and training progress reports with the Master Trainer.
- Collaborate with the team to improve teaching methodologies and materials.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Support other team members and Lighthouse activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, with 1-2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably in English.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and can speak Telugu.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable managing a batch of 25-30 students.
- Energetic, empathetic, and able to connect well with youth from diverse communities.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to youth development and social transformation.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to teach digital skills.
