Role Purpose

To Plan, execute, control and monitor production related activities including sub-contracting. To lead a team of Production Engineers.

Responsibility
- Responsible for overall Planning and Production
- Productive production of job as per specified requirements.
- Timely execution of the job.
- Effective and Efficient utilization of manpower and machinery.
- To help Production Engineer in Man Power Handling and monitor production related activities.
- To make sure existing machinery is maintained and new machinery requirements is identified.
- To prevent /minimize wastage of materials.
- To find out Sub Contractor for out Side Job work.
- Provide training and guidance to Production Engineers and line workers to accomplish production goals.
- Investigate problems, analyse root causes and derive resolutions
- Fulfilling the production department objectives
- Prepare all documents as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
