Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Creative Designer who does not just execute briefs but elevates them. This role is for someone who reads a brief and a copy deck and instinctively sees the visual possibilities - the layout, the palette, the typographic treatment, the unexpected detail that makes the work stand out. You will work across categories and formats,



translating strategic intent and copywriting into compelling, polished, and aesthetically superior visual communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and copy decks to develop original, high-impact visual concepts across print, digital, social media, packaging, OOH, and experiential formats.
- Take ownership of the visual output on assigned brands - from initial concept exploration and mood boards through to final artwork and production-ready files.
- Elevate every brief by bringing a strong point of view on layout, typography, colour, imagery, and visual storytelling - going beyond the expected to deliver work that surprises and engages.
- Work across diverse categories including FMCG, CPG, automotive, retail, pharma, healthcare, and technology, adapting visual language and tone to suit each brand and audience.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Secure Diffusion, and similar platforms) to a
