Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales executives
- Train on sales pitch, objection handling, and customer interaction
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Support team leaders in achieving sales targets
- Conduct refresher training sessions
- Maintain training reports and track progress
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO / sales / training
- Prior trainer or team handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of sales processes
- CIBIL score of 650 or above
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
