Job Summary
The Client Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of DERMADOCK, managing client interactions from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. This role ensures seamless coordination of appointments, personalized client care, and smooth clinic operations, contributing to our reputation for luxury service and high patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a pristine reception area to uphold our premium brand image.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups using clinic software,



optimizing the calendar to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to prepare client charts, confirm pre-treatment instructions, and facilitate smooth treatment flows.
- Manage client relationships by sending personalized reminders, follow-up messages, and satisfaction surveys; address concerns promptly to ensure loyalty and referrals.
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and assist with inventory tracking for client-facing supplies.
- Support marketing efforts by collecting testimonials, updating client databases, and promoting services during interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with medical privacy standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field; certification in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
