Role Overview

To teach Physics to students in Grades 6-10 in line with the CBSE curriculum, create a positive and engaging learning workplace, and help students develop strong conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and scientific reasoning.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based Physics lessons for Grades 6-10.
- Assess student learning regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve understanding.
- Implement the CBSE curriculum effectively, ensuring all concepts are covered on time.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students struggling with Physics concepts.
- Conduct extra help sessions and remedial classes as required.
- Encourage participation in science clubs, projects, or practical workshops.




- Prepare accurate MIS reports and maintain student academic records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Student Feedback: 80% positive feedback from students.
- Parent Feedback: 80% positive feedback from parents.
- Syllabus Completion: 100% of prescribed Physics syllabus covered on schedule.
- Student Improvement: Each student should show at least 10% improvement in assessments.
- Academic Performance: At least 50% of students scoring above 75% in internal exams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics with B.Ed.
- Prior experience teaching Grades 6-10 in CBSE or similar curriculum preferred.
