1 - 3 Yrs experience in operations profile, ideally in the events business or catering industry

- Ability to prioritize and plan workload efficiently, with a thorough and meticulous approach.
- Experience in event management is bonus.

- Event Logistics: Coordinate and oversee all logístical aspects of an event, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors for services like catering, audiovisual equipment, and entertainment.
- Staffing: Schedule, manage, and delegate tasks to event staff,Delivery Boys ,Captains
- Budget Oversight: Monitor operational costs and ensure adherence to event budgets.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all event operations meet safety and health regulations.
- Problem-Solving: React quickly to and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
- Venue Management:



Maintain venue facilities, coordinate repairs, and ensure the space is ready for use.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Oversee the creation of post-event reports, assessing success and identifying areas for improvement.
