Role Description

We are looking for a fast, organised and proactive Sales Coordinator who can handle day-to-day sales operations

This is a high-ownership role where speed, follow-ups, and accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations quickly and accurately:
- Manage IndiaMART leads — respond, track,



and highlight serious enquiries
- Follow up on repeat orders from existing customers:
- Coordinate for dispatch and payment status:
- Support sales team with their requirements:
- Maintain basic sales tracking sheets

Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in sales coordination / inside sales:
- Experience handling IndiaMART leads preferred
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively

Job Details

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
