Key Responsibilities

Execute foreign exchange transactions and ensure timely processing of orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other FFMCs for currency procurement and settlements.
- Handle documentation related to forex transactions in compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.
- Manage inward and outward remittances.
- Maintain records of all forex transactions and assist in audits.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication with clients and agents.
- Assist in reporting and reconciliation of accounts related to forex trades.
- Support the sales and marketing team in promotional campaigns and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics or any relevant field.




- Prior experience in Forex/Financial Services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
