A Dark Store Shift Incharge is a vital on-the-ground, full-time role responsible for managing daily operations, inventory, and staff (pickers, packers) to ensure 10-minute delivery. They manage rostering, ensure safety compliance, maintain inventory accuracy, and monitor performance to meet speed and quality standards, requiring 6 months to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Operational Management: Oversee dark store operations, including inbound, inventory management, and outbound, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain high delivery speeds, monitor KPIs, and ensure low Return to Origin (RTO) rates.
- Reporting: Prepare end-of-shift reports, track non-deliveries, and manage cash reconciliation.
- Customer Experience: Resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:



12th pass or above; a degree/diploma is preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in quick commerce warehouse, or logistics.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and proficiency in, or willingness to learn, inventory management systems.
- Availability: Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation and Work Details
- Salary: Typically ranges between ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Full-time, in office.
- Rotational Shift: 7AM to 4PM, 1PM to 10 PM, 10PM to 7AM
