Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Fashion Designing & Product Development
- Create current designs for bridal, trousseau, festive, and occasion wear:
- Develop sketches, mood boards, and fabric selections:
- Coordinate with karigars, tailors, and embroidery units
- Manage sampling, fittings, and design finalization
- Ensure design consistency with brand identity

2. Store Management & Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations:
- Maintain stock, inward-outward entries, and inventory control
- Visual merchandising and display management
- Handle store staff scheduling and supervision
- Ensure store cleanliness, presentation, and SOP compliance

3. Sales & Client Handling
- Handle walk-in and appointment-based clients:
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs




- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets:
- Maintain client database and follow-ups for repeat business
- Coordinate for alterations and delivery timelines
- Handle billing, basic cash handling, and order documentation

4. Production & Vendor Coordination
- Plan and monitor production schedules:
- Follow up with vendors for fabrics, embroidery, stitching
- Ensure quality control at every stage
- Manage timelines for customer orders and bulk production
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery

Pay: ₹11,744.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
