We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end journey from lead engagement to loan disbursement for the Rupee Yatra digital lending platform. The role involves customer interaction, KYC verification, documentation review, coordination with credit team, and closure for disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Contact inbound and outbound leads generated through digital channels
- Explain Rupee Yatra loan product features and eligibility
- Assess basic eligibility (income, employment, credit profile)
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain pipeline

KYC & Documentation Handling
- Collect customer KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, salary slips, etc.)
- Verify completeness and accuracy of documents
- Coordinate video KYC / digital KYC process
- Upload and maintain documentation in LOS/LMS system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory KYC norms

Credit Processing Support
- Prepare credit file summary
- Highlight risk flags (low income, bureau issues, etc.)
- Coordinate with credit underwriter for approvals




- Respond to additional document requirements

Disbursement Closure
- Ensure agreement signing (digital / physical)
- Confirm bank account validation
- Coordinate with operations team for disbursement
- Inform customer of approval and disbursement details
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) targets

Customer Communication
- Provide regular updates to customers
- Handle queries related to eligibility, interest, repayment
- Build trust and ensure smooth onboarding experience

- Graduate (Commerce / Finance / Business preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in NBFC / Fintech / Banking / Loan processing
- Experience in personal loan / MSME loan / consumer finance preferred
- Solid communication skill
