Monitor and track overdue accounts and pending payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Resolve billing and payment-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Prepare reports on collection status and recovery performance
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal)
