Job Title: Sales & Retail Merchandiser

Location: F-306, Lado Sarai, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Retail Merchandiser to manage client communication, drive sales, and build strong relationships with buyers and customers. This role is focused on backend sales operations, client servicing, and business development rather than in-store responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the official business phone and handle all incoming client queries (calls, WhatsApp, messages)
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and repeat customers
- Coordinate with MBOs (Multi-Brand Outlets) for orders, updates, and sales growth
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners to increase business opportunities
- Share product details, catalogs, and pricing with clients in a timely manner
- Track orders, payments,



and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams
- Maintain client database and regularly follow up for repeat orders
- Identify current sales channels and opportunities to grow the brand

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or client servicing (preferably in fashion/lifestyle)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling client interactions over phone and digital platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach
