Purpose
- To acquire and service customers directly for life insurance products, achieving business targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Source recent business through direct sales channels (self-generated & company leads)
- Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
- Conduct customer meetings to explain life insurance products & solutions
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms & internal compliance

Must Haves
- Good knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products
- 1-5 years’ experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services
- Excellent communication & relationship skills

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
