EXPERIENCE Min. 4 Years

Location:
- Bhiwadi

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Knowledge of CNC Controls (i.e
- Siemens, Fanuc Control, Mitsubishi).

2. Knowledge of CNC Turning Centers, VMC, Hobbibg, Shaving, Shaping, HMC,

3. Knowledge of PLC Programing if not know about ladder dia. Or online editing.

4. Individually handle the Working Shift Equipment’s & their Breakdown.

5. PM & Daily Machines Check Points implementation.

6. Kaizen & Poka-yoke.

7. Knowledge of Maintenance Documentation (i.e
- Daily Failure Report, MTBF, MTTR, & Plant Running & Maintenance Cost).

8. Knowledge of VFD, PLC & Servo Control.

9. Knowledge for the Analysis of Machine Breakdown & the action implementation of Root Cause.

10. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Hindi, English

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
