Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound or inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups. 3. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer detail. 4. Follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements & qualification:1. Prove experience as a telecaller, customer support.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Ability to speak clearly and confidently.
5. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
