With a strong portfolio and expanding client base, we are looking for a agile Business Development Executive to help scale our operations and acquire new business opportunities.

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our business pipeline. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, pitching services, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, online platforms, and partnerships.
- Meet clients, understand project requirements, and present company capabilities.
- Coordinate with the design team for proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and reports.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client handling (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and articulate design services effectively.
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Self-motivated with strong target orientation.
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
