Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, target-driven female professionals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves both inside sales and pre-sales activities, including client interactions, lead management, and occasional site visits.

Desirable Experience:
- Experience in primary or secondary real estate sales with a proven track record.

-Previous work in tele-sales or customer service roles is a plus.

Responsibilities: Pre Sales & Inside Sales
- Present builder projects and offerings confidently over the phone.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using well-prepared scripts.
- Understand customer requirements and route qualified leads to the field sales team.




- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Build long-term customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
- Keep detailed records of calls, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- Occasionally escort clients to project sites (30% field visits - primarily in West Pune).
- Perform virtual demos for prospects.
- Ensure post-call follow-ups, manage grievances, and safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Additional Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of computers and CRM software.
- Must have or be willing to complete MahaRERA training/certification before joining.
