Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Counselor to ensure our patients have a comfortable stay. You will be responsible for visiting every patient room daily, gathering honest feedback, and resolving any concerns (related to food, nursing, cleanliness, or billing) with a calm and cheerful attitude. Your goal is to turn a stressful hospital stay into a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Ward & Room Rounds
- Patient Interaction: Visit every assigned patient room daily to check on their well-being.
- Active Listening: Engage with patients and their family members to understand their needs and comfort levels.
- Positive Vibe: Maintain a "Happy & Helpful" demeanor to reduce the patient’s anxiety and stress.

2. Feedback Collection & Issue Resolution
- Feedback Gathering: Collect real-time feedback regarding hospital services (Nursing care, Doctor visits, Housekeeping, and Food quality).
- On-the-Spot Resolution: If a patient has a complaint (e.g., "The room is too cold" or "The food is late"),



coordinate immediately with the relevant department to fix it.
- Escalation: Report reliable grievances or medical concerns to the Nursing Supervisor or Hospital Manager for urgent action.

3. Support & Coordination
- Communication Bridge: Act as a link between the patient’s family and the hospital administration.
- Guidance: Assist patients with non-medical queries, such as discharge processes, insurance paperwork locations, or hospital facilities.
- Documentation: Maintain a daily "Feedback Log" highlighting issues resolved and pending concerns.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Healthcare Relations. (Experience in a hospital setting is a plus).
- Soft Skills:
- Empathy: Ability to understand and share the feelings of a patient in pain or distress.
- Patience: Ability to stay calm and polite even when dealing with frustrated or angry attendants.
- Problem-Solving: A "can-do" attitude to solve small issues quickly.
