Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design (Statics)
- Creative Design: Design posters, banners, carousels, and ads for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Branding: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s color palette, typography, and visual identity.
- Ad Creatives: Create high-converting graphics for paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

2. Video Production & Editing
- Short-Form Content: Edit engaging Reels, FB, and Shorts with trending music, transitions, and captions.
- Corporate/Promo Videos: Create longer-form video content for YouTube or company presentations.
- Motion Graphics: Add basic animations and text effects to videos to make them more professional and engaging.

3. Social Media Management
- Handle Management: Post content daily across all platforms and ensure the brand stays active.
- Content Calendar:



Plan and execute a monthly content calendar based on trending topics and company events.
- Engagement: Respond to comments/DMs and interact with the community to grow the following.
- Platform Knowledge: Stay updated with ever-changing algorithms and new features (like IG Broadcast channels or LinkedIn Newsletters).

Required Tools & Skills
- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (Pro).
- Video Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (Desktop version).
- Platform Skills: Deep knowledge of Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, and YouTube Studio.
- Copywriting: Ability to write catchy captions and "hook" lines for videos

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,982.95 per month
