Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues via helpdesk, phone, or in-person support.
- System Maintenance: Help with system updates, backups, and maintaining accurate IT inventory, documentation, and logs.
- Project Support: Assist in IT infrastructure projects, such as cloud migrations, server maintenance, or ERP system updates.
- Security & Monitoring: Monitor system performance, assist with security measures, and address potential threats.
- Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Associate degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux),



and networking fundamentals.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Common Tools & Technologies Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux.
- Software: Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, ticketing systems.
- Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
