Key Responsibilities in the Steel Industry
- Order Management & Processing: Handle high-volume orders for steel products, ensuring accuracy in pricing, material specifications (e.g., steel grades), and quantities.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to coordinate delivery schedules for large shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping delays, or product inquiries.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales contracts, quotations, and weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Sales Support & Sales Targets: Support sales personnel with administrative tasks and help manage sales targets by tracking progress and updating client databases.
- Liaison Activity:

Key Skills & Requirements
- Communication Skills: Robust verbal and written skills for handling clients and inter-departmental inquiries.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions, with proficiency in managing data.
- Organization & Technology: Excellent organizational skills and experience with CRM software.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
