Role: What You'll Actually Do

This is NOT just editing. You will:
Core Editing Work
- Edit performance reels
- Edit direct-response ad creatives
- Edit feature explainers (screen recording + voiceover)
- Edit skit / relatable pain-point videos




- Repurpose content into multiple formats (reel → ad → short → square)

Beyond Editing
- Suggest better hooks
- Improve pacing for retention
- Add subtitles that increase watch time
- Use motion graphics to make SaaS screens engaging
- Optimize edits based on performance data

What "Good" Looks Like
