Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product navigation, basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and transactions within a CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, determine the root cause of issues, and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Feedback & Reporting: Report product malfunctions, share customer feedback, and suggest process improvements.
- Age criteria 18 to 29 yyears

Pay: ₹18,706.25 - ₹32,671.50 per month
