Role Objective

To manage client interactions, conduct property site visits, and assist clients in identifying suitable commercial or Residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective buyers, tenants, and corporate clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Arrange and conduct site visits

Provide accurate property information and guidance

Assist in negotiations between clients and property owners

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients

Support the deal process until transaction closure

Desired Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in client interaction and presentations

Basic understanding of commercial real estate

Skilled appearance and client handling ability

Qualification

Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
