Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop and execute monthly social media strategies
Create and maintain a detailed content calendar
Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize accordingly
Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes

Content Writing
Write transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned captions, blogs, and ad copy
Work closely with the design team to align visuals with written content
Craft compelling headlines, CTAs, and SEO-friendly copy for web and social
Edit and proofread content for grammar, tone, and structure

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search rankings
Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure




Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
Stay updated with search engine algorithms and ranking factors

Google Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Conduct keyword planning, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and ROI
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Work on A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools
Strong writing and communication skills
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
