We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated career counsellors to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. This role involves counselling, mentoring, and assisting students in choosing suitable career paths, while also building strong communication and interpersonal skills during the training phase.

*Key* *Responsibilities*:
1. Guide students in understanding academic and career opportunities.

2. Provide counselling sessions on higher education, career choices, and skill development.

3. Assist in developing study plans and career roadmaps and prepare students for competitive exams/placements.

4. Maintain student records, reports, and progress tracking.

5. Conduct seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions.

6.



Collaborate with faculty and management for smooth counselling operations.

*Eligibility* & Requirements:*

1. Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. (engineering background preferred).

2. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken & written).

5. Passion for mentoring and guiding students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
