Job Summary
NIKS International Salon, a premium luxury salon in Pune, is hiring a qualified Beautician / Skin Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality beauty and skincare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform facials, clean-ups, detan, and skin treatments:
- Provide threading, waxing, and grooming services:
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments:
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards:
- Deliver excellent customer service and consultation:
- Upsell salon services and skincare products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Certification in Beautician / Cosmetology (required)
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a salon or spa
- Knowledge of:
- Skin types & treatments
- Waxing & threading techniques
- Facial procedures
- Good communication and client handling skills:
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience in premium/luxury salons:
- Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments or machines:
- Basic makeup skills
