We are a growing firm operating in the Law Firm and Staffing industry, providing services to clients across the USA. We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to USA clients for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads through effective communication and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a USA outbound/inbound call center process.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and speak in a neutral/USA accent.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and discipline.




- Comfortable to work remotely initially and open to shift to onsite (Mohali) after a few months.
