Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a qualified manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
- Maintain store display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, POS operations, and stock management
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Target-oriented mindset
- Prior retail/sales experience is an added advantage
